This one-hour class combines strength training, core work, and Pilates-inspired mat exercises. It’s a full-body class designed to help you build strength and stability that show up in everything you do.
It’s a great fit if you want to feel stronger for tennis, paddling, swimming, water sports, hiking, dock life, hauling cottage gear, or simply keeping up with kids and grandkids at the Bay.
I’ve been teaching for over 20 years, and what I love most is helping people build strength they can actually use in everyday life.
Each class begins with breathwork and core activation, then moves into a strength block, Pilates mat work, and a final stretch.
Modifications are always offered, so you can make the class work for your body. No experience needed. Beginners are welcome.
