SSTC – August’s Mixed Round Robin Social

On  Friday, August 16th,  (next Friday), the SSTC is hosting its August “Mixed Round Robin Summer Social” Tennis AND Pickle Ball event. We had a fun event in July and now it’s time for our August round robin social!

Please join us for a fun all level tennis social event at the courts from  4:30PM to 6:30PM.  People are welcome to play pickle ball as well. Non players are welcome to socialize and watch the games.

Please BYOB and appetizer if you like.

For those who wish, we will be doing dinner after at Henry’s. Please RSVP for the dinner reservation to Nancy Bowen at  Nancy@thebowens.name

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be taking place this Saturday, August 10th, 2019 at 10:30AM in the SSCA School House.

All members are invited to attend the Meeting. Any members who are unable to attend the Meeting in person are invited to complete, date and sign the enclosed form of proxy and email it to the Secretary (Katie Eaves – katie.eaves1820@gmail.com ) or have it hand delivered to the President (Tom Blackett) or Secretary prior to or at the meeting. The proxy is found within the SSTC AGM 2019 Package

Alternatively, Members may provide express and specific written direction addressed to the President, in writing, by regular mail or electronically prior to the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.
