Welcome to Spring, Sans Souci Tennis Club members!
Stuart Hatcher (summer tennis hack) and Tom Kern (summer tennis pro)
and) are hosting an “Ice Out” tennis round robin at The Badminton and
Racquet Club (B&R) on the evening of Friday April 5, 2019. What a
great way to warm up and prepare for the SSTC 2019 season! Come out
for a fun, informal tennis round robin and opportunity to socialize
with SSTC friends. Non players welcome to come and mingle in the
lounge overlooking the tennis courts.
There will be access to the locker rooms, showers etc. More
importantly, drinks and nibbles will be available for purchase in the
Courtside Lounge. Note that the Badminton and Racquet Club has a
strict “white athletic clothing only” rule for the courts. Not more
than 10% of shirt/short/skirt can be coloured.
Tom will be there to manage court/player flow, and maybe the odd
‘pointer’. See attached invite for more details.
