Programs

The SSCA Community Centre is a hub of activity with numerous Programs, such as: the annual Regatta and Arts & Crafts show; Day Camp; Book Club; Flashlight Readers; Yoga and Cottage Socials.  Through Programs, there is also an opportunity to attend Sailing Camp in Parry Sound and to race in sailing regattas during the season.  Everyone is welcome to participate in any of these activities.

ANNOUNCEMENT: SSCA Day Camp will be running as usual the week of August 19th (Mon-Fri. 10am-3pm)

Book Club - August 20th 3:30-5:30

On August 20th, we will be discussing  "Isaac’s Storm: A Man, a Time and the Deadliest Hurricane in History"  by Erik Larson. Nancy Westaway will lead this discussion and will be joined by her son-in-law, one of Canada’s leading climate change scientists.

Sailing Camp August 19th - August 23rd

SSCA sailing camp will be running this month from August 19-August 23.  There is a waiting list and we need three more sailors to firm up a second boat.
