  • SSCA: Yoga with Trish

    Yoga with Trish continues until July 24th and then again from August 3rd to 14th.  Classes take place from 10:15-11:30 a.m. at Dockside or in the Dock house if inclement weather. Monday is a gentle class, Tuesday, and now Thursday and Friday are moderate level classes.

    Thanks to the over 130 people who helped to make Saturday’s gathering another huge success.  The food and desserts were outstanding; the weather magnificent; and the people wonderful.
