Mandate
- To manage the physical assets of the SSCA property in accordance with safety and membership requirements
Accountabilities
- To develop / update an inventory of the buildings and equipment of the SSCA at the Community Centre which includes their long term maintenance and replacement needs
- To prepare and present for Board approval the property management plan and budget for the following year, including
- Ongoing maintenance of docks, buildings and equipment
- Any special projects required by the Long Term Maintenance Plan
- The most effective and efficient staffing solutions for carrying out the Property Management Plan, together with projected costs
- To identify and recommend suitable personnel to carry out that year’s Property Management Plan, manage the staff and carry out the Property Management Plan within budget
