Mandate

• To manage the physical assets of the SSCA  property in accordance with safety and membership requirements

Accountabilities

• To develop / update an inventory of the buildings and equipment of the SSCA at the Community Centre which includes their long term maintenance and replacement needs
• To prepare and present for Board approval the property management plan and budget for the following year, including
• Ongoing maintenance of docks, buildings and equipment
• Any special projects required by the Long Term Maintenance Plan
• The most effective and efficient  staffing solutions for carrying out the Property Management Plan, together with projected costs
• To identify and recommend suitable personnel to carry out that year’s Property Management Plan, manage the staff and carry out the Property Management Plan within budget
