Mandate

To prepare a slate of nominees for the Board of Directors for the consideration of the Board and members

Accountabilities

To identify potential members for the Board of Directors of SSCA
To seek input from the Board re potential members
To create a balanced slate considering areas of expertise, age, geographical representation and needs of the association while keeping in mind the rolling 3-year term for Directors with 5 people being elected each year
To present a slate for the consideration of the Board prior to the AGM
To present the slate to the members of the Association for approval at the Annual General Meeting
