SSCA - Membership and Communication Committee

Mandate

To increase the number of new members and the awareness of existing members by communicating about the Association and the issues affecting this special part of the Georgian Bay

Accountabilities

To develop / update the marketing strategy to grow the SSCA membership
To determine the communications timetable for the year, subject to the requirements of the Association and the Board
To write, edit and publish the Membership Directory and the SSCA Newsletter
To assist in other formal communications of the Association as directed by the Board
To present a budget for approval by the Board at the beginning of the year and to manage the activities of the Committee within that budget
To manage the Permanent Secretary and recommend his/her level of remuneration to the Board
